Q: How long is shipping?

A: Shipping is 1-3 business days, via USPS. You must take into consideration possible delays due to weather in the winter months. You can track your package online at https://www.usps.com/ if you aren’t able to track the order, or there are delays in shipping please contact the postal service with updates. You are more than welcome to email us at shopthicktheory@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours!

Q: How long is processing?

A: Processing for orders is 24 hours. If there is a delay in processing time you will be notified via email. SAME DAY SHIPPING for orders placed before 3:00PM CST. Please note that the processing time is separate from shipping.  Your order will be processed and packaged first, and then shipped which can take an additional 1-3 business days. Due to the nature of our business, and to ensure that the reuse of products after being opened does not happen- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. Thank you for your support and understanding our policies!
